1. 30-Day Return Window
Most unused gaming accessories in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in resalable condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
2. Eligible Items
Returns are accepted for keyboards, mice, headsets, controllers, mouse pads, and racing gear purchased directly from Mursalin Digital Deals. Open-box items may be returned if all components are present and the product shows no damage beyond normal inspection.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products with missing serial numbers, security seals, or original packaging
- Items damaged by misuse, modification, or improper installation
- Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at checkout
4. How to Start a Return

5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different model or variant, contact us within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Price differences may apply and will be charged or refunded accordingly.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional shipping cost.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Returns sent without a return authorization may be delayed.
